Hi there pizza buddy!
I’m just a simple guy who loves making and eating pizza. My love for pizza started at a young age like I am sure most peoples does, when you go to the local pizza hut or pizza chain and you get served that thick or thin base hot fresh dough with tasty zingy tomato and stretchy stringy mozzarella! Hmm! Just close your eyes and remember that smell!
I love trying different styles and toppings but my love for the simple and basic pizza will never go away! If you feel the same then we are already friends 🙂 I missed it so much I decided that going forward I just wanted to start making it myself and recreating those lovely childhood tastes at home. Pizza for me has been an ever learning journey and every time is new adventure, I promise you!

Now I know it may seem like an uphill battle but trust me making the pizza dough from scratch and the sauce the way you want really does make a huge difference!
My main aim is to help those who want to learn or are starting their own pizza journeys to make pizzas they can love with simple ingredients but still try to make all the different types they know and love, from think base grandma pies to crispy thin flavorful pizzas.
